Deodorization Systems

Typical odor emission control applications are the removal of odor from sewage treatment plants & sewage wet waste. Odor related complaints from communities surrounding WWTPS have been increasing for many WWTPS. Sewage odor consists of mainly hydrogen sulphide & H2S is dangerous to be released to the environment. Hydrogen sulphide, the gas, also contains organic sulphur components (mercaptans, hydrocarbons) and ammonia.

The most common method used in odor removal systems is Adsorption

Adsorption is a process that uses activated carbon to adsorb odorous compound into activated carbon material. This is accomplished by passing the odorous air across a bed of activated carbon, allowing the adsorptive process to occur and releasing the clean air to atmosphere.

Main features:

  • Prefiltration system (Synthetic fiber filter)

  • Ventilation system

  • Carbon media

We produce two different types and models of products for odor removal.

Lamella Clarifier GRP

Lamella applications used in water and wastewater treatment systems increasing sedimentation performance is an important technology. The layout angle, design and material structure of the modules used in this application, which is accepted worldwide, comes to the fore.

Our company is the distributor of the Aquarin brand. AQUARIN lamella modules help the particles in the water to precipitate quickly, as they are built at an angle such as balancing the flow of water.

Our Aquarin Lamella Modules are produced in trapezoidal forms and are positioned with a certain slope to provide the best precipitation. Our modules are manufactured from GRP and can be produced in any desired length and thickness. Thanks to the cage system specific to the modules, it provides the operator with easy transportation and easy placement within the sedimentation tank. Thus, it decreases labor costs and provides logistical benefits.

It has a flexible use possibility such as removing from the sedimentation tank and replacing the modules without dispensing.

The transport cages of the produced modules are also made of GRP and do not form a handicap such as corrosion and flexing under high ultra violet.

  • High Sedimentation Efficiency

  • Made of high quality GRP material

  • GRP structured frame for transport and positioning

  • 1mm-3mm desired thickness production

  • High mechanical strength

  • Easy module installation

  • Portable modules in 1m3 volume

  • Temperature resistant up to 70 ° C

  • Blue color for drinking water application

  • Hexagonal form special design
